Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an AusPost tracking number via email.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, international shipping times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@luxecreationsco.au within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage for assistance.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in Mooroolbark, VIC, 3138. Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
